Emma Daman Thomas makes rural elctronic music under the name Warm Leveret.

The setup is minimal, the elements restricted to voice, harp, birdsong and electronic manipulation. The voice is sampled & looped and the unpolished harp is pushed through fuzz and delay, building a songless and meditative sound world. Soft noise.

Warm Leveret has existed in performance and projects rooted in Wales, performing at National Museum Wales, Chapter, Nawr Abertawe, Artes Mundi and Tŷ Cerdd, and has been fortunate to support celebrated harpists including Rhodri Davies, Mary Lattimore and Cerys Hafana.

She lives in the hills of Radnorshire and her artistic practice includes performance, sound and design.
